**Job Overview:**
AllCare Medical Transport is seeking dependable and motivated EMTs to join our growing team. EMTs are responsible for providing safe, high-quality medical care and transportation to patients throughout Flagler and the surrounding counties.
We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and overall expertise.
We offer a variety of shift options, although our greatest need is for evening, night, and overnight coverage.

**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to emergency calls to provide medical assistance and transportation to patients
- Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate medical treatment
- Safely operate ambulance vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical personnel
- Keep equipment and supplies stocked and in working order
- Follow all company policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Valid EMT certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if available
