Position Overview:
We’re seeking motivated Debt Relief Intake Specialists to qualify potential clients, pull credit reports, and seamlessly transition them to our closers for final enrollment. You’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process, ensuring all prospects are pre-qualified and ready to move forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients by phone to assess eligibility for our debt relief programs
- Pull and review credit reports to determine qualification status
- Accurately document client information in CRM systems
- Transfer qualified leads to closers for enrollment
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales, customer service, or debt relief experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using CRM and related software tools

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
