Total Security, LLC is seeking professional, dependable Gate Attendants to serve as the first and last point of contact for customers entering and exiting the yard. This role combines customer service, attention to detail, and loss prevention responsibilities to help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming experience for every customer.
What You'll Do
● Greet customers and vendors with a friendly, professional attitude.
● Monitor vehicle and customer traffic entering and exiting the yard.
● Use a company-issued tablet to accurately scan customers in and out of the facility.
● Verify merchandise by counting and confirming items against customer pick tickets.
● Conduct courteous vehicle inspections, including truck beds, trailers, trunks, and cargo areas.
● Answer customer questions and explain yard procedures professionally.
● Maintain awareness of your surroundings and report suspicious activity or merchandise discrepancies.
● Work closely with management and associates to support store operations.
● Follow company safety standards, procedures, and customer service expectations.

Requirements:
● Must be at least 18 years old.
● Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Ability to use a tablet and follow established procedures.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift. Important Expectations
● Employees must remain in proper uniform while on duty.
● Personal cell phones, earbuds, smart watches, gaming devices, and other personal electronics are not permitted while working except during authorized breaks.
● Employees are expected to remain attentive, engaged, and focused on gate operations throughout their shift.
