Positive Pathways Therapy is a multidisciplinary clinic based in Phoenix, AZ, offering a collaborative approach to care through ABA, speech, and occupational therapy. Our mission is to empower children and young adults with compassionate, individualized support in a professional and inclusive environment.
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team as a full-time salary employee. You'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals aged 2-20 in clinic, home, and community-based settings. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you'll help clients achieve meaningful outcomes through ethical and evidence-based practices.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs

Collaborate with speech and occupational therapists for integrated care

Monitor client progress and adapt programs as needed

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Active BCBA certification

Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills

Experience with ABA data platforms (e.g., Motivity, Aloha) is a plus

Familiarity with CPT codes and ABA billing practices is preferred
