A reputable mail order compounding pharmacy in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician with specialized sterile compounding experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sterile compounding duties in strict accordance with pharmacy procedures and safety standards
- Assist with preparing medications for mail order fulfillment efficiently and accurately
- Adhere to USP guidelines and established pharmacy protocols
- Maintain precision in labeling, packaging, and documentation processes
- Support pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Keep compounding areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory guidelines
- Follow all applicable state, federal, and pharmacy regulations diligently
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license is required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential mandatory
- Proven hands-on sterile compounding experience essential
- Prior experience in mail order or compounding pharmacy is preferred
