Duties
- Greet patients warmly and coordinate their appointments efficiently to optimize clinic flow
- Explain treatment options clearly, addressing patient questions with confidence and compassion
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with financial arrangements for their dental care
- Prepare and review treatment plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
- Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments, payments, or post-treatment care instructions
- Collaborate closely with dental providers to schedule procedures and manage patient records seamlessly
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing patient flow and ensuring confidentiality of all health information
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental treatments and procedures
- Experience providing medical administrative support, including scheduling, billing, and insurance processing
- Familiarity with office management software and electronic health records systems
- Previous dental office experience is highly preferred to understand clinical workflows and patient needs
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex information clearly and empathetically
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
