- Prepare finished orders for customer pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace

- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift
- Must have upper body strength for hooping and heat pressing operations
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
- Embroidery or production experience preferred — training available for the right candidate
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on variety and knows how to pivot quickly when priorities shift. No two days look the same in our shop — you might be running machines in the morning, managing a rush order at noon, and prepping pickups by end of day. We need someone who can handle that pace, stay organized under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
You don't need to be an expert from day one — we're happy to train the right person. What matters most is adaptability, reliability, and a genuine commitment to getting every order right.
