PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Provides overall management of an Adult Day Program that serves adults with developmental disabilities.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Recruit and hire staff
- Train or oversee training of staff
- Follow administrative procedures in timely and accurate manner
- Submit accurate and timely Client billing, Client payroll, and Personnel documents
- Participate in the development of administrative policy and procedures
- Screen, select, complete admission procedures, and program assignment of clients
- Implement Injury and Illness Prevention Program
- Oversee client assessment and INSP development and implementation
- Communicate effectively with other service providers and funding agency personnel
- Coordinate consultant services, if any
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Standards and CARF requirements

Salary + Incentive + Mileage
Must obtain and maintain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, have a good DMV driving record and pass a job related physical, must have a car and provide on-going proof of auto insurance.
