Aiden's Brightstar Daycare is a brand-new, high-quality early childhood education center committed to providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic educators to join our growing team.

- Lead Preschool Teacher
- Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher
Qualifications
Candidates should meet NYC Department of Health Article 47 qualifications or be eligible through an approved study plan.
Qualified applicants may include individuals who have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or an approved related field
- New York State Teaching Certification acceptable under Article 47 (preferred)
- Experience teaching in a licensed preschool or infant/toddler setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for creating engaging learning experiences for young children
We Also Encourage You to Apply If You:
- Are eligible under an NYC Article 47 Study Plan
- Have a Bachelor's degree in another field and qualifying classroom experience
- Are actively working toward your Early Childhood Education degree
- Meet one of the alternative qualification pathways outlined by NYC Department of Health regulations

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain positive relationships with families
- Observe and document children's progress
- Ensure compliance with NYC Department of Health Article 47 regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to support every child's success
