About the Role
The T-65 Team is hiring licensed insurance agents to sell Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans to warm, exclusive leads — no cold calling, no buying your own leads, no paying for a CRM. We fund the marketing and technology; you focus on serving clients and closing quality, compliant business.

What We Provide, at No Cost to You
- Exclusive Turning-65 (T65) leads generated through our proprietary Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns — never resold, never shared
- Full CRM access for lead management, dialing, Scope of Appointment tracking, and enrollment workflow
- Training, sales support, and compliance oversight
What We're Looking For
- Currently licensed to sell Medicare (active health insurance license required)
- Existing working knowledge of CMS regulations and compliance requirements
- Prior phone sales experience required
- Current AHIP certification and willingness to maintain required carrier appointments
- Comfortable working a full pipeline of provided leads and hitting a 25 net-issued-app monthly production standard after a 30-day ramp-up
- Strong phone presence, compliance-minded, and coachable
- Self-motivated — you control your schedule as an independent contractor
How You're Paid
This is a paid-on-issue role — you're paid per issued application, with a persistency bonus multiplier and a production bonus multiplier that increase your earnings as your book grows and retains. Bi-weekly pay schedule. Additional upside available cross-selling life insurance and supplemental products.
