About the Role
GableStone is ADG's new, dedicated countertop fabrication and installation business. Our first location is launching in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina (Pineville) area, where we're building the entire team from the ground up. This is a major strategic growth initiative for ADG and Lowe's, and we're hiring approximately 50 associates between now and August 2026.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing customer projects from initial creation through final installation and completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and ensures seamless coordination across internal teams to deliver projects accurately, on time, and with an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with homeowners, builders, purchasing, scheduling, fabrication, and installation teams, you'll coordinate project activities from order creation through installation while proactively communicating updates, resolving issues, and ensuring projects remain on schedule.
What You'll Do

Manage customer projects from creation through final installation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and accounts.

Coordinate with fabrication, purchasing, scheduling, installation, homeowners, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving delays or issues.

Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and customer communications.

Conduct regular follow-up with customers, job sites, and internal partners to provide updates and resolve concerns.

Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.

Partner with Scheduling to align installation timelines with production and jobsite readiness.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
-
Experience within countertops, cabinetry, flooring, building materials, residential construction, manufacturing, or interior finish products.

Experience coordinating customer projects from order through installation.

Experience using ERP, order management, or project management systems (e.g., Moraware or similar platforms).
