Hong Kong Station 3 is seeking an experienced, energetic, and dependable Server to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous serving experience is required. Knowledge of Asian or Chinese cuisine is a major advantage and will be given strong consideration.
Responsibilities
● Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
● Accurately take food and beverage orders while answering menu questions and making recommendations.
● Deliver food and drinks efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dining room.
● Pre-bus and bus tables promptly to keep service flowing smoothly.
● Process guest payments accurately.
● Communicate effectively with the kitchen and fellow team members.
● Follow restaurant service standards and maintain a professional appearance.
● Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
● Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
● Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
● Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
● Knowledge of Asian or Chinese cuisine is highly preferred. Familiarity with traditional dishes, ingredients, and dining customs is a significant plus.
