QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years working in commercial buildings and working with commercial HVAC equipment
- The ability to oversee administrative functions, safety, work orders, preventive maintenance, working within budgets and supervising personnel
- Good communication skills with tenants and personnel
- Ability to prioritize work and work under deadline
- Be detailed oriented and possess good organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision of engineer staff, vendors, and contractors
- Develop and plans to achieve goals for personnel and properties
- Coordinate engineering team to achieve goals, safety, and quality assurance
- Assign the task to the appropriate staff members
- Project management of the capital project, and tenant improvements
- Oversee operations and procedures
- Help update or develop standard routines and controls to keep the organization operating safely and effectively
- This requires understanding how all parts in a complex work system function together
