Position Description: Park Construction Company is seeking an experienced Journeyman Finish Motor Grader Operator for our Watford City, ND TH 85 highway heavy/civil construction project. This position is ideal for candidates with precision fine-grading experience, capable of bringing subgrade and finish grades to plan tolerance using a motor grader on highway, heavy civil, sitework, grading, or earthmoving construction.
The right candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality work, and teamwork in a fast-paced construction environment.
