$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS
The Nursing Supervisor works with the Nursing Staff of the facility. He/She plans, organizes, coordinates and directs the nursing functions for the professional and non-professional nursing personnel to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a cost effective manner with the residents in the facility. This is done in an efficient and timely manner with consideration for both health care and legal responsibilities of the resident, the facility and the employees.
The Supervisors’ role within the chain of command is to act as a resource person, providing the necessary information and assistance to the staff which will enable them to perform their duties and responsibilities in the best manner possible. The Supervisor serves as a primary communication link among shifts and units.
