As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and plating menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all health and safety regulations

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service

Follow proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures

Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed

Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and grilling

Maintain a sense of urgency and attention to detail, especially during peak hours

Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties as assigned

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
