Job description:
We are seeking a highly experienced , motivated, Sales Representative to join our team at The UPS Store. This is a key customer-facing role where you will drive sales of shipping, printing, packaging, and business services while delivering exceptional customer experiences and mainitain a safe and welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales (retail, B2B, or service-based preferred):
- Minimum 2 years of successful retail or B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow revenue
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine commitment to excellence
- High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Notary Public License Preferred or will need to obtain one within 3 month of hiringResponsibilities:
- Operate POS and CMS systems and other store equipment with proficiency
- Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases
- Skillfully operate al store equipment and software, and assist in training others
Skills
- Previous Retail Sales Experience Required
- Notary Public License Preferred or will need to obtain one within 3 month of hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for gadgets and technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player with a Positive Attitude
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
