ITCON Services is seeking an
Applications Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) supporting FPAC enterprise applications, including SAP, Salesforce, and ArcGIS. The Applications Specialist provides advanced application support, supports onboarding and release activities, and ensures operational readiness across the service desk.
This role is accountable for application-level troubleshooting, user support, and knowledge transfer to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
- Provide SME-level support for SAP, Salesforce, and/or ArcGIS applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support incident and problem resolution.
- Support system configuration, user access, and application administration.
- Develop and maintain application knowledge articles and training materials.
- Support application onboarding, testing, and deployment activities.
- Train Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff on application functionality and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with federal stakeholders and technical teams on application issues.
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Expertise in at least one platform (SAP, Salesforce, or ArcGIS).
- Experience with application administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Public Trust clearance eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, GIS, MIS, or related field.
- Platform-specific certifications.
- Experience supporting federal IT environments (USDA or similar).
