Job Description: Fulfillment & Cultivation Technician
We are seeking a high-energy Fulfillment & Cultivation Technician to serve as a vital "utility player" for our team. This hybrid role is designed for someone who thrives on variety; you will be the final line of defense in ensuring wholesale orders are perfected and shipped, while also stepping into the grow rooms to support our plants during critical production cycles. This job would be perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the cannabis industry. No previous experience in the industry is required.
Role Overview
In this position, you will split your time between the warehouse and the greenhouse. You are responsible for the physical accuracy of our outgoing inventory and the health of our upcoming harvests. This role requires extreme adaptability and a "team-first" mentality to meet the demands of a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Logistics
- Order Accuracy: Pick, pack, and label wholesale orders with a zero-tolerance policy for batch mix-ups or errors.
- Compliance: Ensure every package and label meets strict state regulatory standards before leaving the facility.
- Inventory Integrity: Assist with regular physical audits to ensure stock levels perfectly match our digital records.
- Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a pristine and organized processor area to maximize efficiency and safety.
Cultivation & Harvest (Flex)
- Plant Maintenance: Jump into the grow rooms to assist the cultivation team with de-leafing, trellising, and plant movement.
- Harvest Support: Execute essential harvest tasks including bucking, trimming, and prepping plants for the initial drying phase.
- Sanitation Protocol: Adhere to strict sanitation standards to prevent cross-contamination when moving between the warehouse and the grow environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Compliance
Must be 21+ years of age with a valid state-issued ID.
Physical
Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long shifts.
Adaptability
Comfortable transitioning between a climate-controlled warehouse and humid grow rooms.
Communication
Must read, write, and speak English effectively; Bilingual is a plus.
Logistics
Must have reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
