SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the Molding Technicians by performing mold changes, plate pulls, machine purging, assist with start-ups, scrap material handling as well as other duties assigned by supervision.
$19.25-20.25/hour
Shifts Available:
2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm M-F (plus $.70/ hr. shift differential)
3rd shift: 11:00pm- 7:30am Sun-Th (plus $.70/ hr. shift differential)
The following shifts run on a 2-2-3 day schedule including weekends:
A shift: 7am-7pm
C and D shift: 7pm-7am (plus $.50/ hr. shift differential)
Are you mechanically inclined?
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working with tools, taking things apart, and putting them back together. If you enjoy hands-on work and understand how things fit and function, this role could be a great fit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using:
- Ratchet sets
- Torque wrenches
- Open-end wrenches
- Lifting systems (hoists, cranes, etc.)
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble mold equipment (water lines, basic electrical) safely and correctly
- Comfortable working with heavy components in a manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
What You’ll Do:
- Install and remove molds/dies in production machines
- Use hand tools to secure, adjust, and align components
- Assist with lifting and positioning heavy tooling
- Check setups to ensure everything is properly installed and ready for production
