Duties
- Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory control through purchasing, stock replenishment, merchandising, and accurate bookkeeping to optimize product availability.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, POS systems, and customer engagement.
- Recruit new team members by interviewing candidates, assessing fit, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and sales performance.
- Supervise shift management, scheduling, payroll processing, and ensure efficient use of resources for smooth store functioning.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or boutique environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service to foster positive client relationships.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, retail math, and merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication skills paired with organizational abilities to coordinate staff activities and store operations seamlessly.
- Experience in recruiting, training staff, budgeting, and payroll processing to maintain operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams confidently while promoting a positive work environment.
