A highly respected law firm is seeking a Paralegal with Commercial Litigation experience to support the firm’s legal team in Tampa, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- E-filing documents with Federal and Florida State Courts
- Maintaining and updating client contact information
- Overseeing attorney schedules and billing
- Ensuring client payables information is accurately captured and documented
- Operating a multi-line phone system
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks
- Calendaring and scheduling meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Florida Registered Paralegal
- 5+ years of litigation experience, including Commercial Litigation
- Trial preparation experience
- Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
- Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
