We are a busy, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center specializing in cosmetic and plastic surgery, seeking a Full-Time Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekends
- No major holidays
- Hours based on surgical schedule
Responsibilities:
- Circulate in the operating room for plastic/cosmetic procedures
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to sterile technique
- Assist with room setup, turnover, and case flow
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with policies
- Provide support in Pre-Op and PACU as needed (cross-coverage/float role)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Maryland)
- Operating room experience required
- Plastic surgery experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
