We're building a flavor house, backed by operators with capital and commercial infrastructure already in place. We're looking for an accomplished flavorist to join at the ground floor, not as one of many at a large corporation, but as the lead creative force of a company designed to grow, with a clear pathway into a Head of Flavor leadership role as we scale.
This is a chance to do the work you love, own your creative vision, and share in the upside of what you help build through profit sharing and equity, while still earning the compensation you'd expect from an established house.
What you'll do
- Create and develop flavors across food & beverage and nutraceutical applications, with a focus on custom and complex work
- Own the creative direction of your formulations. You're the artist and we handle capital, business development, and operations
- Work directly on customer briefs from concept through commercialization
- As the company grows, build and mentor a team of flavorists, shaping the next generation and the creative culture of the house
- Grow into a Head of Flavor role as the organization scales
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of hands-on flavor creation experience
- Certified member of the Society of Flavor Chemists
- A strong palate, genuine creativity, and proven bench skill
- An entrepreneurial spirit, energized by building something, not maintaining it
- Comfort in a lean, fast-moving, early-stage environment
