Responsibilities

- Present product demos and technical sales consultations to educate customers on roofing options, benefits, and installation processes.
- Manage existing accounts through consistent follow-up, upselling additional services or products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software such as Invoice Fly to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and territory expansion strategies to maximize market penetration.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles, preferably within the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to deliver outstanding service.
- Experience in technical sales or product demos that require explaining solutions clearly and persuasively.
