What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and light commercial repairs, renovations, and remodeling projects.
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work with attention to detail.
- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs and installations (where licensed and qualified).
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every project.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in your trade.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Skills
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Carpentry and finish carpentry
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Drywall installation and repair
- Tape and bed
- Texture matching and special finishes
- Interior and exterior painting
- Attic stair installation and repair
- Electrical troubleshooting and installation
- Plumbing repairs and fixture installation
