Stamping Plant Job Description
The stamping plant role involves physically demanding work. Employees are responsible for lifting metal parts as they exit the stamping presses and packing them into designated boxes. This position requires frequent lifting, with individual parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive manual labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or Labor Experience Required: Candidates must have some prior experience in manufacturing or general labor to be considered for assignment.
- Preferred Background: Ideal candidates will have a background in manufacturing or experience in fast-paced production environments.
- Work Readiness: Must be able to handle repetitive tasks and follow safety protocols around machinery.
Job Description:
This position involves operating automated welding equipment. The employee will:
- Insert parts into a welding machine.
- Monitor the machine as it completes the welding process.
- Remove the part once the process is complete.
This is a fast-paced, repetitive role that requires attention to detail and physical stamina.
