Director of Nursing - DON (Local & Travel) – LTC ($70/hr Local | Up to $3200/Week Travel | Auto Offer)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay: $70/hourly - $80/hourly (Overtime available)
Department: LTC - Rehab
Shifts Schedule available: Mon - Fri Days - 5*8 hour shifts (7am - 3.30pm)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Job Type: 13-Week Contract (Extension Possible)
Start Date: ASAP (Within 2 Weeks)
Overtime Rate is 1.5 of Regular Rate | Weekly payments
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active RN - NM or Multistate License
- Minimum 1 year of recent DON/ADON/Leadership experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Acute Care
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of nursing home operations, including resident care, staff management, and regulatory compliance.
