Role: Project Manager you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities: -
Scrum Master to support Data & Analytics teams within the healthcare domain.
The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing Jira workflows, supporting Kanban teams, and ensuring smooth delivery across cross functional squads.
Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
Manage Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and sprint reporting.
Support Kanban-based delivery and optimize flow of work. Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams.
Track delivery metrics and maintain transparency using Jira and Smartsheet. Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
Must Have Skills Strong Agile/Scrum Master experience.
High proficiency in Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting). Experience with Kanban.
Data & Analytics project experience. Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider/life sciences).
Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
