Compensation:
$37,000 - $65,000+ per year
Responsibilities:-
Fix and rebuild the home or business
- Deodorize and sanitize indoor space
- Perform water mitigation and extraction services
- Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing
- Tidy up salvageable items and property and safely store them away
Qualifications:-
High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable with using power and hand tools
- IICRC (inspection cleaning and restoration certification) required, WRT (water damage restoration endorsement) is preferred
- Physical fitness and stamina is required, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication, teamwork, and listening skills
- MUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn Hills
