Mid-size real estate law firm with offices in Flushing, Queens and Midtown, Manhattan, with five (5) open positions:
- Real Estate Paralegal: 1+ years experience in representing purchasers and sellers of real estate. You will be expected to assist in all stages of a real estate transaction, from pre-closing, closing, and post-closing. Must be fluent in Mandarin. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
- Banking Paralegal: 1+ years experience in (i) residential and commercial mortgage closings; (ii) refinance closings; (iii) CEMA loan closings; and (iv) HELOC closings. Fluency in Mandarin preferred but not required. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
- Administrative Assistant: Both entry-level and experienced candidates will be considered. Must be fluent in Mandarin. Duties include assisting paralegals and attorneys on legal matters, answering and routing phone calls, and general office tasks. Promotion opportunities available based on demonstrated aptitude and abilities. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
- Commercial Banking Attorney: 1+ years experience in representing lenders in commercial loan closings from inception through funding. Must be able to (i) draft, review, and negotiate loan documents, including credit agreements, and security documents; (ii) conduct due diligence and resolve closing issues efficiently; and (iii) Communicate directly with clients, borrowers’ counsel, and lender internal teams. Fluency in Mandarin(spoken and/or written) strongly preferred but not required. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience & tremendous business development potential. Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
- Transactional Real Estate Attorney: 1+ years experience in representing purchasers and sellers of real estate. You will be expected to take cases from contract to closing. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Must be fluent in Mandarin. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience plus fee share commission & tremendous business development potential. Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
