Seeking compassionate, nurturing, compassionate and inspiring individuals to work with school-age children. Must serve as a role model to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe nurturing, engaging, and exciting environment. Transporting before and after school children and summer camp field trips. Recognizing the unique needs of each child. Support the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around engagement and enrollment. Build relationships with families and co-workers to create a dynamic environment where fun and play happen seamlessly. Must posses a strong work ethic!
