Flow-X, a fast-growing company founded in 2025. We are an innovative technology-driven enterprise specializing in end-to-end global logistics services with three core capabilities: technology-driven logistics, global network coverage, and full-process service systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ocean import and export operations.
- Coordinate shipments with ocean carriers, trucking companies, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas agents.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of shipping documentation.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support new customer onboarding and implement logistics solutions.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between customers, warehouse operations, transportation providers, and overseas partners.
- Support strategic customers in industries such as semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, and automotive.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Ocean Freight Operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, ocean import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Experience working with steamship lines, trucking companies, customs brokers, and warehouses.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large B2B customers or manufacturing clients.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, automotive, or high-tech industries is a plus.
- Experience with CargoWise, Magaya, SAP, ERP, WMS, or similar logistics systems.
- Mandarin Chinese speaking is highly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
