The Oxnard Union High School District is looking for a visionary leader to serve as our next Director of Human Resources. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our district by leading HR initiatives that support our dedicated educators, staff, and students.

Located in Ventura County, OUHSD has approximately 16,000 students in Oxnard, Port Hueneme, El Rio, and Camarillo. The annual salary range for this position is $168,409 - $175,262 plus excellent benefits package valued at approximately $35,000/year (family medical, dental, vision, life, and EAP), plus annual stipends for doctoral: $2,000.

Location: Interviews will be conducted in person at the Oxnard Union High School District Office, 1800 Solar Drive, Oxnard. (No Zoom, Google, or phone interviews)

Pay: $168,409.00 - $175,262.00 per year
