Responsibilities:
-
Greet customers entering & leaving the business
- Maintain a clean & tidy work area
- Accurately process payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare coffee, specialty coffee, & tea drinks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
-
Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service (1 year)
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen & communicate effectively
- Ability to lift up to 35 lb. frequently, grasp, lift, reach, crouch, carry, walk & stand for long periods of time
- 18 years or older
- Experience in the quick service industry is preferred
