- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient information, medical history
- Support patient intake processes by verifying insurance details, updating medical records, and coordinating appointment scheduling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and medical equipment while adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless communication between departments and proper management of patient care documentation
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical office environment or outpatient clinic setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management is essential
