AG Outdoor Venue
Hourly Position | Full-Time / Part-Time Available
AG Outdoor Venue is seeking a professional, outgoing, and organized Event Sales & Client Assistant to help prospective clients schedule venue tours, answer questions, and assist throughout the booking process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and wants to be part of an exciting wedding and event venue environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Respond to new inquiries and leads.
- Schedule venue tours and appointments.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and tours.
- Follow up with prospective clients after venue tours.
- Answer client questions regarding venue services and availability.
- Assist with lead management and client communications.
- Conduct venue tours when needed.
- Maintain accurate client notes and records.
- Help create a positive experience for all visitors and clients.
- Assist with office organization and daily administrative tasks.
- Work closely with management to help maximize venue bookings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
