Onsite Staffing Operations Manager — Mayfield, KY
Availability: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with necessary flexibility), plus two weekend shifts per month.
As the Onsite Staffing Operations Manager, you will serve as the central point of contact for client leadership and the onsite team, reporting directly to the IWO Director. Your primary focus is to cultivate strong professional relationships while directing all aspects of workforce operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies. By overseeing these functions, you will ensure that productivity, staffing requirements, and engagement goals are successfully achieved within the manufacturing facility.
Key Duties

Oversee and facilitate the fulfillment of all open job requisitions.

Identify and place qualified talent to fill vacant positions.

Coordinate the onboarding process for incoming staff members.

Maintain oversight of current total headcount.

Execute background checks, drug screenings, and ensure efficient onboarding procedures to help maintain a smooth hiring flow.

Assist in the accurate submission of payroll hours.

Conduct or assist with the termination of employees.

Act as the primary point of communication for hiring managers, client HR representatives, and the workforce.

Collaborate with client leadership to develop effective strategies for recruiting and retaining talent to improve overall team stability.

Assess and refine current staffing plans and operational strategies.

Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff members.

Monitor attendance records and conduct performance evaluations to help maintain high standards of productivity.

Handle employee relations investigations, providing necessary documentation and guidance to ensure fair resolutions.

Complete additional tasks as required.
Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or a comparable level of professional experience.

Between one and three years of operational experience within manufacturing or logistics.

One to three years of background in operations specifically within a distribution or manufacturing setting.

Prior experience in recruitment is considered an advantage.

High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office software.

Strong capabilities in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to help drive operational success.
