Position Summary
D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to support the Vermont Army National Guard State Medical Detachment at Camp Johnson. This role provides non‑clinical case management and medical readiness support for service members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide non‑clinical case management support for Army National Guard service members
Assist with Soldier Readiness Processing and Periodic Health Assessment events
Maintain accurate case documentation and update medical readiness systems on schedule
Coordinate referrals, follow‑up care, and case status tracking
Participate in monthly case reviews and readiness reporting
Support mobilization‑related medical readiness activities as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Vermont Registered Nurse license in good standing
Experience in case management, medical documentation, or readiness tracking
Ability to work on‑site during standard duty hours and support occasional weekend events
Ability to operate within secure government systems and meet all access and training requirements
Additional Requirements
CAC eligibility required
Tier 1 background investigation required
Computer Systems Experience: eCase, MEDCHART, MEDPROS, HRR, eProfile, AHLTA, MODS, MWDE
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
