As a Front Desk Officer in an education location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to monitor access, assist students, staff, and visitors, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or faculty by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor check-in processes, verify identification as required, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with campus contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel when needed.

Assist with access control functions by helping to monitor entry points, directing foot traffic, and reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior observed at the location.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR certification is preferred.
-
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
-
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.
-
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
