This opportunity is ideal for hospice nurses, liaisons, administrators, marketers, account executives, coordinators, consultants, and other professionals who already have trusted relationships with decision-makers at hospice organizations.
Our company provides specialized business-growth systems that help hospice companies attract more clients, improve their visibility, and compete more effectively in their local markets.
Your role is straightforward: introduce hospice decision-makers you already know to our services. If selected, we will personally walk you through what we offer, how it helps hospice organizations, and how to introduce it clearly. Once you create the connection and interest, our team takes it from there.
Compensation
For every hospice organization you personally help bring on as an active client:
- You earn $1,000 after the client’s first payment clears.
- You earn $150 every month for as long as that client remains active.
- Five active personal clients equal $5,000 in upfront compensation plus $750 per month in recurring compensation.
- After establishing results, you may qualify for additional leadership and team-building compensation.
- There is no limit on the number of qualified hospice organizations you may introduce.
This is not simply a one-time commission opportunity. Each successful client relationship has the potential to provide both immediate compensation and ongoing monthly income.

You are not paid simply for recruiting another person. Compensation is connected to actual hospice organizations becoming active clients.
This creates two ways to grow your income: through hospice clients you personally introduce and through successful client relationships generated by the team you help develop.

Who We Are Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you currently work—or have previously worked—as a hospice nurse, liaison, administrator, marketer, account executive, executive director, coordinator, operations leader, consultant, or another hospice-industry professional.
The most important qualification is that you have genuine relationships with decision-makers at different hospice organizations and feel comfortable informing them about a service that may help their company grow.
You should be professional, dependable, comfortable communicating with healthcare leaders, and able to follow through when an opportunity develops.
Important Information
This is a fully remote, performance-based 1099 independent-contractor position, not a salaried or hourly employee role.
Earnings depend on completed client sales, client retention, professional relationships, and individual results. No specific income level is guaranteed.
This role is strictly focused on business-to-business services for hospice organizations. It does not involve referring patients, influencing admissions, directing patient care, or affecting a family’s choice of hospice provider.
