Our Front of House Manager exemplifies the values and lives to execute the goals of the Harbour Bar and Ashley’s Gate, our dining room. As a partner in our management team, you are to lead by building trust, establishing great rapport with members, line staff, and vendors. Servant leadership is key to support our staff to create memorable member experiences in our A La Carte dining spaces.
The PM Front of House Manager, reporting to our Assistant General Manager, will oversee the day to day operations of the Harbor Bar and Ashley’s Gate.
5 day work week.
11am - 5pm Monday; 2pm - 11pm Tuesday - Friday typical shift (some weekend)
Front of House Managers must lead by example in all respects.
Must be proficient in inventory management, POS, training, relationship management.
Must possess broad knowledge of fine dining bar programs; to include craft cocktails, wine knowledge, beer knowledge. Creation and execution will be expected.
This employee is front facing first while administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, training, coordination, and more may be required. Maintain focus to achieve Food and Beverage financial goals.
Team player, positive attitude. Must be able to lead our first rate service staff and train on steps of service and more.
- Must acquire full understanding of Northstar POS system, including discounting, check closing, and reports.
High-energy, outgoing personality with strong – professional interpersonal communication skills.
Proven track record of team leadership and motivational skills. Must be self motivated. Attention to detail and proven ability to correct service failures.
Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, Employee Partners and guests.
Possesses a passion for exceeding Member expectations and a commitment to excellence that results in providing the highest quality Member and guest experience.
Learn Members names and greet them promptly in a manner to provide a warm welcome and making them feel at home.
Maintain Harbour Club service standards and steps of service as outlined in the training program at high standards.
Be a clear and concise communicator.
Complete and comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menus is mandatory, including daily features that may not be available directly on the menu.
High focus on relationship building with employee partners, members, guests, and vendors.
Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits.
Maintain top notch grooming standards and upscale floor presence.
Work Experience:
Upscale Supervisory experience required with extensive Bar Experience
Will train qualified applicants

Pay: $58,000.00 per year
