An established OB/GYN practice in Warner Robins, Georgia is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to provide comprehensive women's healthcare in a collaborative clinical environment.
This position offers a four-day workweek, shared call responsibilities, and post-call recovery time. The CNM will work alongside OB/GYN physicians and clinical staff to provide patient-centered care throughout pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, and routine women's health visits.

Collaborative physician-led practice

Provide full-scope midwifery care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and well-woman services

Provide patient care in outpatient and hospital settings

Assess patients and develop appropriate care plans

Monitor patients throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery

Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff

Participate in the practice's shared call schedule

Educate patients and families regarding pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, and women's health

Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care

Recognize changes in patient condition and collaborate with physicians and other providers when appropriate

Maintain complete and accurate medical records and clinical documentation

Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and practice standards

Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) credential

Active Georgia license or eligibility for Georgia licensure

Current DEA registration or ability to obtain

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Previous experience in an OB/GYN practice, hospital, women's health, or similar clinical setting

Experience providing full-scope midwifery care

Experience managing labor and delivery patients in a collaborative practice environment
This position includes clinical responsibilities in both outpatient and hospital settings. The CNM will participate in a shared call rotation and collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and other members of the clinical team.
