Full Job Description

As a Front Office Specialist, you will be the face of our thriving practice, supporting a dynamic team of four board-certified physicians and elite advanced providers.

The Role

Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday.
Flexibility: Shifts fall between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
Impact: You are the first point of contact—managing the patient experience from the initial greeting and scheduling to insurance verification and check-out.

What You’ll Need

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Previous medical office experience is a plus, but a "patient-first" attitude is non-negotiable.
Skills: Exceptional communication and the ability to navigate digital scheduling systems with ease.
