Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Flexible Schedule
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong comfort level with telephone communication and proactive outreach.
Clear and articulate verbal communication skills.
Basic computer literacy for navigating lead management systems.
Resilience and a positive attitude when navigating conversations.
Previous experience in high-volume outbound calling or customer service environments is helpful.
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our protection services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach efforts in our internal system.
Qualify leads to determine the best insurance solutions for their specific needs.
Collaborate with licensed team members to transition qualified opportunities for final quoting.
Attend regular team check-ins to share progress, exchange feedback, and celebrate milestones.
