Pay Rates
Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

Must have experience operating High Reach Forklift

Must provide at least 1 workplace where High Reach Forklift was operated and roughly how many hours of stick time

Must have experience operating Cherry Picker Forklift

Must provide at least 1 workplace where Cherry Picker Forklift was operated and roughly how many hours of stick time

Must be comfortable working in elevated positions

Must pass an onsite skills test

Must be willing to come in for an onsite interview

Must not be currently employed by Job and Talent at any of other locations
Role Responsibilities for Forklift Operator

Safely operate a high reach forklift and cherry picker to move and store inventory

Replenish pick locations by retrieving product from reserve storage

Store pallets in the correct warehouse locations while maintaining inventory accuracy

Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines

Maintain food safety standards and warehouse cleanliness when handling food-grade products
