Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, telemarketing, and networking to generate new leads
- Conduct client consultations to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and excellent service
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track client interactions and policy details
- Stay informed about insurance regulations, health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance products to provide accurate guidance
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and benefits administration strategies to expand outreach efforts
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex insurance concepts in clear terms
- Experience or interest in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client populations
- Previous sales administration experience or familiarity with CRM systems enhances your candidacy
- Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and insurance regulation is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided
