Our manufacturing team is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to assist with production by operating a diverse range of manual and CNC milling and turning machinery.
We are searching for a professional who can handle tool changes and setups, while utilizing inspection tools to verify part quality throughout the manufacturing process. Your starting position will be based on your demonstrated proficiency in setting up and running CNC lathes, mills, and other related machining hardware.
Core Duties-
Initiate and conclude daily equipment operations according to standard procedures.

Utilize precision measuring tools like tape measures and calipers to ensure part accuracy.

Operate essential shop tools including mag drills, overhead cranes, grinders, sanders, and tap arms.

Maintain high production standards to help eliminate the creation of scrap material.

Maintain precise and current documentation within the production log.

Manage job tracking, storage organization, and electronic system entries.

Analyze and comprehend technical prints and schematics.

Execute programmed tasks, perform initial part inspections, and complete machine setups.

Gather necessary tooling requirements for specific programs.

Independently upload tooling and software programs into the machinery.
Required Skills-
Proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical blueprints.

Familiarity with various drills, tapes, and industrial tooling.

Capability to execute pre-programmed machining tasks.

Certified or experienced in operating forklifts.

Competency in using tape measures, calipers, and other measurement devices.

Understanding of the process for loading programs and tooling into machines.

Ensure machine operation meets quality standards to minimize waste and scrap.

Safely operate heavy equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts to support production workflows.

Demonstrate growth in machining knowledge, including the efficient use of CNCs and the ability to manage basic manual machine tasks independently.
