The Customer Service Representative will operate computer systems including Microsoft Office, newspaper related software and office equipment including copiers, faxes, electronic devices and scanners. Additional duties of performing dispatching duties, day-end processing and cashier duties.
Both inbound and outbound customer service calls to be performed to assist current, new or retain customers to maintain and grow customer base.
