About the Role
As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you'll spend most of your time fielding incoming calls — listening to customer needs, providing accurate information, and resolving requests efficiently. Your goal is to ensure every call is handled professionally, courteously, and with a customer-first mindset that builds trust and drives satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Inbound Call Handling (Primary Focus)
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Listen actively to identify customer needs and concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Guide callers through options and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries on the first call where possible
- Build rapport and trust through clear, friendly, and empathetic phone communication
Account & Order Support
- Process orders, payments, and account updates accurately
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refund requests according to company policy
- Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed
System & Quality Support
- Navigate multiple software systems and databases while assisting callers
- Maintain accurate records and follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
- Meet quality, accuracy, and call-handling performance standards
- Assist with follow-up calls or callbacks as needed
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to support customer needs
- Share feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
